Eason Stores
53 stores trade under the Eason brand in Ireland with a broad product offering and five core categories that see a popular book range complimented by stationery, cards, gifts and newspapers & magazines. While we particularly love books, our stores are known for our friendly knowledgeable staff and our focus on building life-long relationships with our customers over the last 130+ years. As part of our retail strategy, we have continued to evolve and expand our retail estate, most recently by adding six company-owned Eason stores Kilkenny, Clonmel, Balbriggan, Maynooth and Arklow, three new franchise stores in Gorey, Enniscorthy and Wexford, as well as new Dubray stores in Cork and on Dublin’s Henry Street.
Dubray
Dubray is one of Ireland’s best-known and long-established specialist booksellers, founded by Helen Clear in Bray in 1973. Having long admired Dubray’s customer proposition as a specialist bookseller Eason acquired the business in 2020 and has retained Dubray as a separate brand, along with its retail outlets which we have grown to eleven stores, eight in Dublin, and one each in Cork, Galway and Bray. Eason Online Easons.com offers a broad product range reflecting our five core categories in addition to our specialist ranges and services such as schoolbooks. First established in 1998 to provide our customers with another way shop and engage with Eason from the comfort of their homes and offices, Easons.com has grown into Ireland's best online book and eBook shop. With free delivery anywhere in Ireland and the UK for orders over €10 and a huge range of titles, Easons.com provides the great value and service central to the Eason brand, nationally and internationally. Dubray operates its own website www.Dubraybooks.ie, reflecting its specialist credentials and customer preferences.
